Terms and Conditions for Using the Gift Card – Solara Store
1. Card definition:
•The Solara gift card is a prepaid payment method that can be purchased from one of Solara’s branches or through the online store, and is given to the person you wish to gift it to, with a value that can be used to purchase Solara products.
2. Card validity:
•The card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
•After expiry, the remaining balance cannot be used or claimed in any way.
3. How to use it:
•The card contains a digital code that is given to the cashier at the time of payment.
•The value of purchases is deducted directly from the card balance.
•The card can be used in installments until the balance runs out, unless otherwise stated.
4. Balance and amounts:
•Gift cards are available in different values (e.g., 50, 100, 200, 500 riyals).
•The balance cannot be exchanged for cash.
•In case of loss of card or theft of code, Solara is not responsible for compensating the balance.
5. Unauthorized use or leakage:
•In the event that the gift card code is leaked as a result of a personal error by the customer or a system malfunction and is used without authorization, Solara management has the right to cancel the code immediately without referring back to the customer.
This is done on the condition that the original payment method is proven and the data is verified by the store management.
•Solara reserves the right to take appropriate action against any suspicious or illegal use.
6. Returns and exchanges:
•The card cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase.
•The gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
7. Usage and Offers:
•The card is only used to purchase products available in branches or in the Solara online store.
•The card is accepted for offers and discounts unless otherwise stated.
8. Amendment of conditions:
Solara management reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
