Reusable cold or hot gel pack from Tece Heating instructions Do not freeze the pack before placing it in the microwave. Place the pack in the center of the microwave so it does not touch the sides. Make sure to turn off any additional microwave features, such as browning. Heat the pack in the microwave for (3-4 seconds) and reheat if necessary for (1-5 seconds). If additional heating is needed, you can heat for an extra 1 second. Monitor the gel pack during heating because excessive heating may cause the gel pack to tear and leak.
